Returns

If you would like to return a product purchased from Burry Construction Supplies, you have 28 days to do so. Please call us on 01380 530558 or email sales@burrys.co.uk referencing your order number. Any returned products must still be in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 28 days. However, we will not refund the shipping charge to get the goods to you in the first instance, for goods correctly supplied.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on products ordered and returned to us. We will not cover the cost of shipping returned goods back to us.

Your refund will be returned via the same payment method used to place the original order within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods, although it may arrive sooner in some cases. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please call us on 01380 530558 or email us at sales@burrys.co.uk quoting your order number for reference.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
