Delivery

Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout and will include VAT.

Next Day Delivery is available as an option on stated products. 

For standard economy delivery please allow 3-7 working days for delivery (dependant on stock levels). 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. All shipments are tracked, for details of your tracking number please contact us.

Orders placed before 11am will be processed the same working day (except weekends and bank holidays). 

Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following working day (except weekends and bank holidays). 

The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 11am on working days.

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday) at 8 am.

If the order contains any non-stock items, then it will be dispatched as soon as possible, you will be notified of this as soon as possible. You will receive an email to confirm the expected despatch date. 

Please ensure you provide an appropriate mobile number at the checkout.

All pallet orders will be delivered by large lorry to the kerbside. Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address before placing your order.

Please note: All timescales are approximate and we cannot guarantee any of the services and or timescales.

We deliver within mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.
